When you send a booking or quote request, we collect your name, email address and phone number, together with your requested dates and message. This data is shared with the hotel you contacted so it can respond to your request.
We process this data solely to forward your request to the selected hotel and to enable communication about your stay. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting a request.
RoomGetaway does not process room payments. Payment is arranged directly with the hotel via its own payment link. We do not store card details.
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing.
